  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST​ on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Pre-order or custom items will specify unique processing times on their product pages.

3. Shipping Destinations & Methods

  • Primary Service Area: Contiguous United States.

  • International Shipping: Available upon request (contact support@cosmota.clickfor quotes and restrictions).

  • Carriers: I partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx​ based on destination, package size, and cost efficiency.

4. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Options: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).

  • Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are beyond my control but will be communicated proactively.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping​ on orders over $50​ within the contiguous U.S.

  • Orders below $50 incur a calculated shipping fee (displayed at checkout).

  • International shipping costs are calculated based on destination and carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges Shipping Responsibilities

  • My Error​ (e.g., wrong item shipped): I cover return shipping costs.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds are issued after returned items are inspected and approved.

7. Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered.” I am not liable for theft, damage, or loss after delivery.

8. Prohibited Items

I comply with U.S. and international regulations regarding restricted items (e.g., hazardous materials, explosives). Customers are responsible for ensuring their orders comply with local laws.

9. Force Majeure

Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes) will not incur liability but will be communicated transparently.
